About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Back Office Executive to support the sales team in managing sales data, MIS reporting, market research, database development, and business process coordination.
What you'll do
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales MIS reports, dashboards, and performance data
- Create, update, and manage customer, prospect, and market databases using MS Excel
- Conduct internet-based research for market intelligence, customer profiling, competitor analysis, and lead generation
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, sales reports, and business review documents
- Understand and streamline sales processes to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
