About the role
You will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing inventory levels to meet production schedules while minimizing costs and mitigating material shortages across all manufacturing sites.
What you'll do
- Procurement & PO Management
- Manage procurement from PR to PO and PO closure
- Ensure timely PO creation and release based on MRP, production plan, consumption, MSL and lead time
- Monitor open POs, pending quantities and supplier commitments
- Follow up with suppliers and resolve delivery or quantity issues
