About the role
This role ensures that spares and batteries are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently, maintains minimum stock levels, supports engineers with timely spares, enforces 5S standards across all area offices, and drives exceptional customer service through effective complaint handling and performance reporting.
What you'll do
- Receive, store, and dispatch inventories based on branch and area requirements
- Ensure spares are provided within agreed timelines for breakdowns and adhere to CRM processes
- Maintain spares and battery storage in optimal condition and enforce 5S standards across all sites
- Oversee all area office stores, conducting cycle counts and annual stock counts
- Prepare and submit TAT, variance, and other performance reports for all verticals
