What you'll do
- Business Strategy & P&L
- Own Aqualens India's P&L end-to-end
- Define the growth strategy — colour/style range, channel mix, pricing, expansion roadmap
- Fashion, Range & Channel Execution
- Treat the range like a fashion line — drops, seasonal colourways, hero shades that drive desire and full-price sell-through
