Product & Revenue Lead - Online

About the role

As the Global Online Product & Revenue Leader , you will own the full Online P&L across India and Lenskart's international markets, and you will build the AI-powered commercial machine that drives it. You will move us from campaign-driven growth to a real-time, intelligence-led revenue system — where every rupee of media spend, every digital touchpoint, and every customer interaction is optimised by data and AI.

What you'll do

• Move us from campaign-driven growth to a real-time, intelligence-led revenue system — where every rupee of media spend, every digital touchpoint
• Own the P&L. Define the Roadmap
• Take full end-to-end ownership of the Online P&L across all channels and geographies — India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond
• Build and execute a forward-looking online growth roadmap that works backward from deep consumer insight, not internal assumptions
• Integrate marketplace and quick commerce into the core business architecture — not as side channels, but as scaled, intelligent revenue streams
