About the role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on manufacturing leader to head our Frames Manufacturing operations . The role will oversee end-to-end manufacturing—from raw material planning and production to quality assurance and process excellence—ensuring world-class product quality, speed, and efficiency at scale.
What you'll do
- Lead all manufacturing operations for frames across multiple facilities, ensuring alignment with global production goals, quality standards, and cost targets
- Drive operational excellence through lean practices, TPM, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 adoption
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Merchandising teams to ensure manufacturability and timely launches of new collections
- Oversee planning, procurement, and maintenance functions to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Build and develop high-performing plant leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
