About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Soil Management Specialist to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for soil management programs associated with site assessment, remediation, reclamation, and development projects across the Canadian region.
What you'll do
- Lead soil management planning and execution for complex environmental and construction projects
- Develop and review Soil Management Plans (SMPs), Excess Soil Management Plans, Soil Salvage Plans, and Soil Handling Procedures
- Provide expert interpretation of soil analytical data and soil quality guidelines
- Evaluate soil suitability for beneficial reuse, treatment, disposal, and reclamation purposes
- Develop soil characterization programs and sampling strategies
