About the role
The HR Systems Support Analyst is responsible for providing functional and operational support for the organization's Workday platform and associated HR modules (HCM, Core HR, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Absence Management, Organization Management, Security Admin etc.).
What you'll do
- Workday and Oracle HRMS Production Support
- Provide Level 2 support for Workday and Oracle HRMS modules
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and platform issues within agreed SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain knowledge articles and support documentation
