About the role
The Assistant General Manager – Operations will support the overall management and execution of business operations, ensuring efficient processes, high service standards, regulatory compliance, and achievement of organizational objectives. The role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve productivity, optimize resources, and support continuous business growth.
What you'll do
- Assist in planning, managing, and supervising day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective execution
- Support the General Manager or senior leadership in implementing operational strategies, policies, and business plans
- Monitor operational performance against defined objectives, service-level standards, productivity targets, and key performance indicators
- Ensure that operating procedures, workflows, and internal controls are consistently followed
- Identify process gaps, operational risks, and recurring issues, and implement practical corrective actions
