About the role
The SCM Executive will support the Supply Chain Management function for the Pharma & Semiconductor vertical by ensuring efficient vendor sourcing, qualification, and procurement coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The role will serve as the custodian of the Vendor Pre-Qualification (PQ) process, ensuring compliance with established procedures while building a reliable and scalable vendor ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Understand project requirements and identify suitable vendors capable of meeting technical, commercial, quality, and delivery expectations
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with project requirements and business objectives
- Expand and strengthen the vendor base across Pharma and Semiconductor project categories
- Act as the custodian of the Vendor Pre-Qualification (PQ) process
- Guide vendors through the complete PQ process and ensure timely submission of all required documentation
