About the role
You will have to respond to phone correspondence and identify and provide solutions to meet the staffer’s needs Maintaining the summary/MIS of Queries handled by him/her and preparing and analyzing the same. Reduce the turnaround time Receiving day to day emails and forwarding them to the concerned departments and to maintain inter-departmental coordination.
What you'll do
- Serve as liaison between staffers and HR & payroll to resolve issues
- Have to respond to phone correspondence and identify and provide solutions to meet the staffer’s needs
- Maintaining the summary/MIS of Queries handled by him/her and preparing and analyzing the same. Reduce the turnaround time
