What you'll do
- Serve as liaison between staffers and HR & payroll to resolve issues
- He She will be the primary point of contact for all the staffer's issues
- Maintaining the summary/MIS of Queries handled by him/her and preparing and analyzing the same. Reduce the turnaround time
- Receiving day to day emails and forwarding them to the concerned departments and to maintain inter-departmental coordination
- Generates daily and monthly MIS reports and report to HR Head
