About the role
The Analyst is responsible for understanding pro & services, and business processes to deliver actionable insights through data. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
What you'll do
- Drive data-driven decision-making by partnering with cross-functional teams and delivering actionable insights for business reviews, operational excellence initiatives
- Perform advanced SQL-based analysis to investigate and resolve complex HR, incentive, compensation, and operational support tickets
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines, data models, datasets, and semantic layers in Power BI and GCP to support enterprise reporting and analytics
- Build and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions that improve visibility, operational efficiency, and business performance
- Own the end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions, including requirements gathering, data modeling, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
