About the role
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineering Lead - Oracle Cloud Engineering to lead the design, development, and support of Oracle Cloud integrations and Fusion/ORMB applications leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/OICS), VBCS, Java and Groovy Scripts. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion architecture, enterprise integrations, cloud operations, and team leadership across global delivery environments.
What you'll do
- Partnering with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Defining integration architecture, data mapping, transformation, and API strategies to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions
- Leading integration testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing Oracle Support engagements, including Service Requests (SRs), issue resolution, and escalation management
- Driving engineering best practices, including Agile delivery, code reviews, test-driven development, and DevOps principles
