Senior Manager, Group Resilience Advisory Lead

About the role

Reporting to the Group Director of Group Resilience, this position requires an experienced and collaborative people manager who is a subject matter expert in both Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience. and has extensive experience in working with and influencing senior internal customers.

What you'll do

• Drive the execution and completion of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience requirements
• Manage the primary relationship for a group of senior internal customers
• Drive excellence in delivery and provide challenge to customers, as required, to ensure they meet the requirements
• Act as a liaison and provide insight into all elements of Group Resilience
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with resilience professionals across the Firm
