About the role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to shape strategic priorities and ensure execution excellence across the equities index business. You will drive initiatives from strategic rationale and business case development through to planning, delivery, and performance measurement—ensuring alignment to FTSE Russell’s growth, resilience, and operational effectiveness objectives.
What you'll do
- Strategic Planning & Investment Governance
- Lead the development of investment cases for growth, innovation, and operational resilience initiatives
- Contribute to the creation of the global product roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment and cross‑functional input
- Conduct ongoing assessments of the global equities indexing landscape to inform prioritisation, competitive positioning, and forward strategy
