About the role
The Team Lead - Equity Index Data supervises the regional Bangalore team, owns global workflows, review deliverables and leads review planning with Index Review and Index Management. The role owns the performance metrics developed by Performance Enablement, supports the Manager in driving operational excellence and cross-regional collaboration, and ensures quality and on-time delivery across quarterly reviews, rebalances, and reconstitutions.
What you'll do
- Review Planning: Lead review planning with Index Review and Index Management for quarterly reviews, rebalances, and reconstitutions, aligning schedules, dependencies
- Core Attribute Research & Validation: Own research and validation of core index attributes including Free Float, Voting Rights, NICB/ICB classifications
