We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist in Business Analysis to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is critical for translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions, driving innovation, and enhancing operational efficiency within our organization. What you'll do
- Lead and facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to define business problems and generate innovative solutions
- Conduct in-depth business analysis, gathering and documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive process flows, use cases, and system architecture diagrams using UML
- Create and present data-driven insights and dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau to support decision-making
- Act as a primary liaison between business units and technical development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
