What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation process for complex business initiatives
- Facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to uncover business challenges and generate innovative solutions
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and UML diagrams
- Develop and present data-driven insights and reports using PowerBI and Tableau to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
