We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist in Business Analysis to join our team in Bengaluru. What you'll do
- Lead and facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to uncover business challenges and opportunities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, use cases, and system diagrams, including UML diagrams, to illustrate solution designs
- Design and develop insightful dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Tableau to support data-driven decision-making
