About the role
The Chief Engineer Quality is a senior technical authority responsible for ensuring product quality, reliability, and safety from design through lifecycle sustenance. This role leads critical component approvals, ECN–ECO governance, DFMEA/PQCS activities, and provides expert technical guidance across R&D, CS&Q, Supplier Quality, and Manufacturing.
What you'll do
- ECN–ECO Management & Component Approval
- Lead and approve all Engineering Change Notices / Orders (ECN–ECO) for critical components
- Validate electronic parts based on product application fit, reliability evaluation, and mission profile requirements
- Ensure robust documentation and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Engage in early-stage product design to embed quality, reliability, manufacturability, and safety requirements
