What you'll do
- Manage charging operations during the assigned shift as per production plans
- Monitor charging parameters and ensure adherence to quality specifications
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and charging infrastructure
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for issue resolution
- Monitor shift performance and take corrective actions to achieve production targets
