What you'll do
- Troubleshoots and resolves processing problem and application by providing recommendations or on-site technical support for trials
- Ensures that product quality complaints are reported investigated and closed within stipulated period and corrective actions initiated wherever required
- Training of customers and internal staff for use and benefit of LYB products
- Establish good network with key internal and external stakeholders including customers, machinery manufacturers, OEMs or end users and industry forums
