What you'll do
- Responsible on the development of masterbatch products used in packaging, electronic appliances, consumer, agriculture
- Support business growth by performing masterbatch development following Accolade stages gate process / regional procedure. Conduct all duties according to SOP’s
- Support product development and product localization and monitor scale up process
- Perform benchmark analysis on competition sample, provide an analysis report, and deliver to ADTS
- Support formula recipe adjustment and modification
