About the role
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow SecOps Technical Consultant to design, configure and implement ServiceNow Security Operations solutions. You will build and customise SecOps modules, integrate ServiceNow with security tools, and make sure the platform supports the client’s security operations effectively.
What you'll do
- Design, configure and implement ServiceNow SecOps modules: Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Configuration Compliance and Threat Intelligence
- Develop customisations using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Flow Designer
- Build and maintain integrations with security tools: SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel), vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) and EDR (CrowdStrike
- Configure security playbooks, workflows, assignment rules, SLAs and automated response actions
- Make sure the CMDB is properly set up and populated to support vulnerability and incident correlation
