What you'll do
- Account Management & Contract Renewals
- Partner closely with Sales Representatives to manage and grow customer accounts
- Align with commercial, product, operations, customer experience, pricing, and finance teams to execute customer plans and achieve business objectives
- Own and coordinate renewal activities across assigned Ocean and L&S products to ensure continuity of customer contracts and revenue retention
- For assigned accounts, support new RFQs and opportunities from new logos
