About the role
As an intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals to understand how dispute resolution contributes to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance.
What you'll do
- Support the Ocean Disputes team in reviewing, tracking, and resolving customer disputes in line with global processes and standard operating procedures
- Assist in maintaining dispute records, documentation, and case updates across internal systems
- Analyze dispute trends and identify opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction
- Support the team in achieving service delivery targets through timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to understand dispute root causes and preventive actions
