What you'll do
- Has responsibility for handling and completing daily FinOps tasks in line with process IOP’s and ensure quality of service in always maintained
- Adhere to process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) during daily operation
- Accrue, invoiced and do exception management of billing files
- Make sure accuracy and timeliness within the SLAs are met
- Able to resolve requests via email in a manner that delights customers within timeline
