About the role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage Returns & Reverse Logistics and SCM operations for high-value technology products. The role combines operational leadership with hands-on process expertise across reverse logistics, air freight coordination, warehouse operations, inventory management, and SAP transaction processing.
What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end return shipments via air freight preferred
- Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) and return-to-stock activities
- Monitor return shipments from customer locations to repair centers, hubs, and warehouses
