About the role
The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of Lead Logistics operations by monitoring and resolving operational exceptions, system-generated errors, and workflow issues across supply chain platforms.
What you'll do
- Monitoring operational exceptions, system-generated errors, and workflow queues across Lead Logistics platforms to ensure uninterrupted business operations
- Performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring operational and system errors
- Ensuring adherence to operational standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal controls, customer-specific requirements, and governance standards
- Managing assigned operational queues while maintaining productivity targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards
- Identifying automation, standardization, and process optimization opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience
