About the role
The FinOps Process expert is responsible for managing and optimizing financial operations processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, billing, accounts receivable/payable activities, dispute resolution, financial reconciliations, and compliance with company policies. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors to ensure efficient financial transactions and continuous process improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end financial operations processes, including billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer and vendor invoices
- Monitor and resolve invoice disputes, credit notes, and payment discrepancies
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain financial records with high accuracy
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
