MGF OTM Sr Process expert

About the role

The role focuses on accurate process execution, data quality, troubleshooting operational challenges, and end-to-end process integration. Working closely with the Project Team, Global Process Leads, and other stakeholders, the individual will contribute to successful system implementation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Execute day-to-day OTMS processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks while meeting defined KPIs and operational targets
• Work independently as an individual contributor, taking ownership of daily deliverables and operational responsibilities
• Identify process gaps, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend practical, solution-oriented improvements
• Understand end-to-end (E2E) process flows and dependencies, including process mapping, IOP/SOP creation, horizontal process integration, and document management
• Support project analysis and coordinate data inputs from colleagues to facilitate successful parallel runs, testing, and deployment of Oracle TMS within the GSC
