About the role
Responsible for end-to-end execution and maintenance of tenders and contracts for Key Customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely implementation. The role requires strong commercial understanding, stakeholder management, quality focus, and the ability to independently manage complex customer requirements.
What you'll do
- Manage tenders, contracts, amendments, rate updates, and system filings within agreed SLAs
- Review commercial agreements and ensure accurate contract implementation across relevant systems
- Handle complex pricing structures, products, currencies, surcharges, and customer-specific exceptions
- Drive contract quality and Invoice Quality (IQ) through proactive checks, RCA, and preventive actions
- Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Product, Customer Experience, and Area teams to resolve implementation issues
