About the role

The Work Placement & Migration Lead is responsible for strategically managing the placement and migration of work across Global Shared Services Centre (GSC) locations, ensuring alignment with service delivery models, operational efficiency, and compliance with established principles and standards

What you'll do

• Apply and enforce work placement principles consistently across all GSC locations to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency
• Develop and execute location and site optimization strategies that support business needs and service delivery models
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to monitor and report compliance with work placement standards and decisions
• Lead the migration of work based on the service catalogue, maintaining consistency, recording exceptions, and reducing fragmentation
