- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including sorting, grading, transformation, and dispatch of products
- Ensure timely delivery and stock availability for all dark stores
- Manage complete warehouse operations including cold chain processes while ensuring quality standards and SOP compliance within defined cut-off timelines
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock control processes
- Monitor stock levels and share daily stock audit reports with relevant stakeholders
