What you'll do

• Performs transactional activities/supports activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS like to Key clients
• Performs system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures
• Responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Highlights issues, if any, and requests corrective action from supervisor
• Communicates with stakeholders regarding process issues if required
