About the role
Lead end-to-end governance, deployment, adoption, and sustenance of Project Velocity across MTB. Drive institutionalization of Velocity through stakeholder engagement, governance frameworks, SOPs, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Own the Velocity operating system, including prioritization, workload visibility, execution tracking, reviews, KPIs, compliance, and performance management.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end governance, deployment, adoption, and sustenance of Project Velocity across MTB
- Drive institutionalization of Velocity through stakeholder engagement, governance frameworks, SOPs, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Own the Velocity operating system, including prioritization, workload visibility, execution tracking, reviews, KPIs, compliance, and performance management
- Ensure enterprise-wide visibility of priorities, resources, risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and key decisions through structured governance
- Conduct audits and operating reviews to ensure adherence to Velocity standards, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions
