About the role
Responsible for achieving sales targets set by the organization and generate revenue through the Marketing Team. Assist in supervising all marketing MTMs and motivate, manage and train the subordinates to close the target. Drive new customer acquisition in coordination with Marketing and Sales team.
What you'll do
- Assist in creating the business development plan for the assigned store in consultation with the MHQ Marketing team
- Create individual business development targets for marketing executives and ensure that overall targets are met
