About the role

We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual to join our Treaty Reinsurance team (Guy Carpenter) team at Marsh Risk India , a Marsh business. This role is based in Mumbai. We are seeking a high-performing technically adept Senior Actuary to join our Actuarial Analytics team in Mumbai, India , supporting clients across India.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with Reinsurance brokers to support portfolio strategy, client engagement, and business growth initiatives
• Develop, validate, and interpret analytical outputs using sound actuarial judgment and first-principles thinking
• Build and review loss projections, stress scenarios, and portfolio performance metrics to support reinsurance decision-making
• Translate technical outputs into commercially relevant insights and clear market-facing narratives
• Support structuring and optimization of proportional and non-proportional reinsurance solutions including quota share, excess of loss, and hybrid arrangements
