About the role
The Associate Director will lead large, complex, analytics-enabled transformation engagements across multiple workstreams, partnering with global consulting teams, senior clients, and internal stakeholders. The role requires substantial depth in at least one functional area—Pricing, Procurement, or Supply Chain—combined with strong commercial judgement, structured problem-solving, and advanced analytical capability.
What you'll do
- Lead large, complex transformation projects or major project modules spanning multiple analytical and functional workstreams, geographies, and stakeholder groups
- Define the overall delivery strategy, operating rhythm, governance model, quality standards, and escalation mechanisms for engagements
- Mobilize and lead teams of Leads, Senior Analysts, and Analysts; clarify roles, allocate resources, manage capacity, and build capabilities through coaching and feedback
- Sponsor the development of knowledge assets, standardized KPI frameworks, accelerators, and capability-building initiatives across teams and functional areas
