We are seeking a talented individual to join our Payroll team at HR Shared Services. This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
What you'll do
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related queries and reconciliations
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings related to payroll (e.g., tax filings, social security contributions)
- Handle payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
