About the role
The Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end governance, administration, compliance, and lifecycle management of contractual workforce deployed at the plant. This role will ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws, labour codes, statutory requirements, contractor management standards, and organizational compliance frameworks
What you'll do
- Contractual Workforce Planning & Hiring ( Govern and monitor the hiring and onboarding of contractual workforce based on business manpower requirements
- Contractor & Vendor Management ( Manage relationships with manpower supply agencies and contractors, Evaluate contractor performance against predefined KPIs and SLAs
- Labour Law & Statutory Compliance ( Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, labour codes, and state-specific regulations
