About the role
We are looking for a recruiter who have experience of handling the recruiting cycle and able to manage the bulk hiring of blue-collar manpower (ITI Candidates). This includes the flowing key activities. Resource planning & Hiring Partner/ Agency Management
What you'll do
- Preparation & execution of monthly / annual apprentice deployment plan
- Apprentice recruitment planning, pool management & Contract Generation
- Coordinate with ITIs, ITIVSST & JIM for campus & fresh apprentice recruitment
- Planning of fresh hiring with hiring partner & Execution of Hiring & Deployment Plan
- Hiring of Female Apprentice
