About the role
Lead end-to-end land scouting, acquisition, title due diligence, litigation resolution, and delivery of clear, defect-free, and legally transferable land title (no disputes, encumbrances, or liens). Drive approvals & liaison across power/electrical departments, GPCB, and Town Planning for layout clearance.
What you'll do
- Land Scouting & Acquisition
- Identify, screen, and evaluate parcels (zoning, access, utilities, flood risk, Jantri vs. market price)
- Lead landowner engagement, negotiations (price/easements/ROW), MoUs/term sheets, and deal closure
- Structure transactions (sale/lease/JV/land pooling) in collaboration with Legal & Finance
- Legal Due Diligence & Title Clearances
