About the role
The Manager/Senior Manager (Civil Site Head) will be responsible (Further to commissioning) to manage complex engineering processes, ensure compliance with all standards, and drive efficient plant functioning.
What you'll do
- Project Planning, Engineering Coordination & Design Oversight: Review and coordinate civil, structural, architectural, utility
- Plant Operations & Infrastructure Management (Post CBG Plant Commissioning): Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CBG plant, ensuring safe, reliable
- Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, health, safety, and operational requirements, including PESO
- Process Efficiency & Cost Optimization: Monitor operational KPIs, production performance, utility consumption, maintenance trends
- Maintenance Planning & Asset Management: Oversee preventive, predictive
