About the role
We're looking for a Community Manager to build and scale a thriving tech community around Masai. You'll own the community experience end-to-end — from attracting the right members and creating meaningful conversations to running high-impact events, building partnerships, and turning community insights into action.
What you'll do
- Build & Grow the Community
- Build and manage tech and developer communities across platforms such as Discord, Slack, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Develop strategies to attract high-quality members and continuously improve member acquisition and retention
- Create an active community culture through discussions, peer-to-peer interactions, challenges, AMAs, and other engagement initiatives
- Identify community champions and turn highly engaged members into long-term advocates
