About the role
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Industry Mentor to coach and upskill learners in Odia . This role combines technical mentoring, project reviews, and interview preparation for learners building practical, industry-ready Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on AI/ML industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and guide learners effectively.
What you'll do
- Conduct live mentoring sessions and technical office hours in Odia , covering core AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and industry best practices
- Review learners' code, notebooks, and capstone projects and provide actionable technical feedback
- Guide learners on data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, evaluation, and deployment
- Help learners debug Python and machine learning code and resolve technical challenges
- Conduct technical assessments, mock interviews, and project reviews to prepare learners for AI/ML industry opportunities
