About the role
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Industry Mentor to coach and upskill learners in Tamil . This role combines technical mentoring, project reviews, and interview preparation for learners building practical, industry-ready ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on AI/ML industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and guide learners effectively.
What you'll do
- Conduct live mentoring sessions and technical office hours in Tamil , covering core AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and industry best practices
- Review learners' code, notebooks, and capstone projects and provide actionable technical feedback
- Guide learners on model selection, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment
- Conduct technical assessments, mock interviews, and project reviews to prepare learners for industry opportunities
- Help learners understand real-world AI/ML engineering practices and production considerations
