About the role
The Revenue Operations & Enablement team is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to support key systems such as Contra Revenue Systems (CRS) and FundApp, Mastercard’s Fund Administration platform.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary Lead BA and platform liaison for FundApp and CRS, connecting Finance and Technology stakeholders to ensure clear ownership, requirements
- Manage system enhancements, projects, strategy inputs, setup/configuration needs, application support, and related operational support activities
- Translate business needs into clear business requirements, technical requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, reporting needs
- Partner with key business users to provide application overviews, explain new functionality, assess automation opportunities, and support user training or adoption needs
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to facilitate and test issue resolution, confirm expected system behavior
