About the role
The Global Design, Workplace & Experience (GDWE) team, within Strategy, Facilities & Construction (SF&C) and Real Estate Services (RES) , is responsible for advancing Citi's workplace strategy, office design, workplace analytics, change engagement, and workplace technology initiatives across the global portfolio.
What you'll do
- International Workplace Planning & Design
- Lead workplace planning and office design activities across the International portfolio
- Apply Citi workplace standards, planning principles, and governance requirements across regional projects
- Develop workplace concepts, planning recommendations, and business cases supporting workplace investments
- Provide workplace design guidance throughout project planning, design, and delivery
